Arcadia Transit survey

As part of the Arcadia Transit Service Assessment and Restructuring Plan project, The City of Arcadia is conducting a transit needs assessment — a survey to get input from the community regarding our transit service — that will be used to define the future of Arcadia Transit. Please help us with this effort by letting us know your thoughts on current transit services and areas for improvement. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey by the March 27, 2015 deadline.

It is available both online (Arcadia Transit Survey) and in print, and both in English and Chinese. The printed version is available at the Library, Community Center and the City Hall. Again, the deadline for the survey is March 27, 2015. Anyone is welcome to complete the survey, whether you live in Arcadia or live elsewhere but have an interest in Arcadia Transit.

Serving the community since 1975, Arcadia Transit is a convenient, safe and inexpensive method of traveling throughout the City of Arcadia. At present, Arcadia Transit offers curb-to-curb transportation, responding to individual travel requests as they are received. Riders share the use of the vehicle, making the cost of the trip considerably less than a taxi. Each Arcadia Transit van is clearly marked and features comfortable seating, a two-way radio and is wheelchair accessible. The service is open to the general public and will take you to any destination within City limits.

To request a ride on Arcadia Transit, simply call (626) 445-2211 (TDD users call (626) 445-2522). Trip requests are accepted Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. and on weekends from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
