Frank Yang moved his family to Arcadia in 1991.
In 2000 he opened a branch of the world famous Din Tai Fung restaurant his father opened in Taipei, Taiwan that has been called one of the top ten restaurants in the world by The New York Times.
With long lines of people waiting to get a taste of the steamed dumplings nearly every day, Yang began building an expansion of his restaurant this year (2007).
