Arcadia’s First Park

In 1908, Mayor Baldwin sold 4 acres of land at the corner of Second Avenue and Falling Leaf Avenue (Huntington Drive) to the city for $ 5,750. For the majority of its 108 years this land has been a baseball field and an undeveloped park (This site was originally selected for Arcadia’s first City Hall.)
