Arcadia Police Chief Robert Guthrie will discuss home security alarms and other home safety and general police information at the quarterly Arcadia Chamber of Commerce Business Lunch Connection produced by the Chamber Ambassadors and sponsored this month by Sylvia Ramos of Coldwell Banker.
