The Arcadia Chinese Association (ACA) provided an appreciation Thanksgiving luncheons to the Arcadia Fire Department on Nov 22, and the Arcadia Police Department on Nov 24.
The ACA always wants to show its gratitude and appreciation for the great services and dedication provided by the fire and police departments, said ACA president Dr. Edward Wong.
The luncheons were also an opportunity for the ACA Directors to get to know the staffs in both departments, which will help to establish better communication with this key channel for reaching out to the Chinese community in Arcadia.
