Here are pictures of two commemorative markers located in two fairly prominent public locations in the heart of Arcadia (click each to enlarge). Are you familiar with either of them? If so, write your guess in the comments below.
Hint: these are both within a few hundred yards of each other along the same busy street.
One more thing: if you know anything about the plaque dedicated to River Phoenix, please share your understanding of what connection he has with Arcadia.
