Update on Appeal of Santa Anita Oaks ARB Approval of a New Home at 1225 Oaklawn Road

In November, the Planning Commission voted 3-2, to approve the appeal and overturn the staff’s recommendation for the approval of a new two-story 6,158 square foot Cape Cod style home with a four-car garage. The applicant subsequently appealed the Planning Commission’s decision. The new appeal will go to City Council in February 2023.
