The Derby Mixed Use Project 233 and 303 E. Huntington Drive – Pending

The Derby project is a 6-story, mixed use development proposed at 233 and 301 E. Huntington Drive (the Derby and Souplantation property). The new Derby restaurant will also include an indoor-outdoor rooftop bar and an expanded horse-racing memorabilia display. In addition, the project will include a new café and restaurant space along the Huntington Drive frontage. The project proposes 214 units, 9 of which will be for very low-Income households. Future residents will have access to various on-site amenities including a rooftop pool, yoga room, and landscaped courtyard.
