ARCADIA, Calif. (July 9, 2016)—With a mandatory payout looming large on the pari-mutuel horizon, there is a Pick Six carryover into Sunday at Santa Anita of $75,126. As Sunday is also closing day of the current 40-day Spring Meet, it is expected the total Pick Six pool will exceed $500,000.
With a nine-race card on tap, Sunday’s Pick Six will be comprised of races four through nine. Approximate post time for race four is at 3 p.m. PDT.
With a number of upsets on Saturday’s nine-race program, there was just one consolation Pick Six ticket with five winners and it paid $32,197.
First post time on Sunday is at 1:30 p.m. Admission gates open at 11:30 a.m.
