Also received were project applications for a mixed-use development at 233 and 301 East Huntington Drive, which includes the Derby Restaurant and former Souplantation property. The proposed project includes combining the properties, moving and expanding the Derby restaurant on the southwestern corner, and a new six-story mixed-use development with 204 studio, one and two-bedroom rental units.
