The Arcadia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile
runaway. Miss Kristen Chang was seen at approximately 3:30 PM, on Tuesday
September 21, 2021, at a bus bench near the Arcadia City Library at 20 W. Duarte Rd.
At approximately 7:30 AM, on Wednesday September 22, 2021, Miss Chang may have
been seen in the City of Montebello on a Montebello Bus Line bus. It was the Route 10
bus, which was headed toward East Los Angeles.
Miss Chang is 16 years old, Asian, 5’06” tall, and she weighs 145 pounds. Miss Chang
has long black hair, brown eyes, and she was last seen wearing an olive-green bomber
jacket, a white shirt, black sweatpants, black hiking boots and a black hat. A missing
juvenile runaway flyer is attached to this news release.
