Fire Department Weekly Report - July 26 – August 1, 2026

The Arcadia Fire Department responded to a variety of emergency calls during the week of July 26 – August 1, 2026. The following is a breakdown of incident categories

recorded for this period:

Sunday, July 26

At 6:41 p.m., Engine 105 and Rescue Ambulance 105 responded to a medical incident

near the 5000 block of Peck Road. Upon arrival, Engine 105 and Rescue Ambulance

105 found a 27-year-old female with a complaint of seizure. Fire personnel

performed a full medical evaluation which included an electrocardiogram,

intravenous access, obtained a blood glucose check, and monitored the patient for

further seizure activity. Rescue Ambulance 105 transported the patient to USC

Arcadia Hospital for further evaluation.

Monday, July 27

At 2:37 a.m., Engine 105 and Rescue Ambulance 105 responded to a medical incident

near the 1200 block of Mayflower Avenue. Upon arrival, Engine 105 and Rescue

Ambulance 105 found a 74-year-old male with a chief complaint of a chest pain. Fire

personnel performed a full medical evaluation which included a twelve-lead

electrocardiogram, established intravenous access, administration of cardiac

medications, and a complete set of vital signs. Rescue Ambulance 105 transported

the patient to USC Arcadia Hospital for further evaluation.

Tuesday, July 28

At 10:45 p.m., Engine 106 and Rescue Ambulance 105 responded to a medical

incident in the 400 block of West Huntington Drive. Fire personnel found an 82-year-

old male patient with a chief complaint of altered level of consciousness. A full

medical evaluation was conducted, including vitals, a twelve-lead electrocardiogram,

IV and oxygen therapies. Advanced life support interventions were administered to

improve the patient’s condition. The patient was transported by Rescue Ambulance

105 to USC Arcadia Hospital for further evaluation.

Wednesday, July 29

At 4:23 p.m., Engine 106 and Rescue Ambulance 106 responded to a medical incident

in the 400 block of South Baldwin Avenue. Fire personnel found a 41-year-old female

with a chief complaint of seizures. A full medical evaluation was performed, including

vitals, twelve-lead electrocardiogram, oxygen and IV therapies. The patient was

transported by Rescue Ambulance 106 to Arcadia Hospital for further evaluation.

Thursday, July 30

At 4:31 p.m., Engine 105 and Rescue Ambulance 105 responded to the 900 block of

South First Avenue for a reported unconscious person. Firefighters arrived to find an

89-year-old female that was unconscious and unresponsive. Paramedics arrived and

initiated advanced life support protocols including twelve-lead electrocardiogram,

blood glucose testing, intravenous access, medications and transport to USC Arcadia

Hospital.

Friday, July 31

At 7:35 p.m., Engine 105 responded to a ruptured water main on West Huntington

Drive. Firefighters found a sewer line on private property that backed up, creating a

biohazard in a subterranean parking area. The area was isolated, and water and

electrical power were shut down for public safety. The incident was turned over to a

private contractor on private property and Los Angeles County Health Department

to ensure corrective actions.

Saturday, August 1

At 7:35 p.m., Engine 107 and Rescue Ambulance 105 responded to a medical incident

in the 2200 block of Highland Vista Drive. Fire personnel found an 88-year-old male

patient with an altered level of consciousness. A full medical evaluation was

performed including vitals, twelve-lead electrocardiogram, IV and oxygen therapies.

The patient was transported by Rescue Ambulance 105 to USC Arcadia Hospital for

further evaluation.
