Circus Vargas has again been approved to allow the Circus to take place from Tuesday, November 2 to Tuesday, November 16. This year’s event will take place in the parking lot at Westfield Santa Anita. This event has been held for the past few years without significant incidents and the operators have been very responsive in dealing with any minor concerns that were raised by nearby property owners.
