Although there are bound to be a series of traditional candidate forums at which the six candidates for City Council will address various community groups and residents, including the
Scott Hettrick
already-announced forum on March 23 at the Woman’s Club sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and the Arcadia Association of Realtors, and although several of the candidates have their own websites, we thought it would be helpful to provide everyone a central location to access all six candidates 24/7 between now and the General Election on April 13.
Blogs have been set up here at ArcadiasBest.com for each candidate with the statement they provided on their application. They can be found from the top of the home page by rolling your cursor over “Arcadia Blogs” and clicking on the pull-down menu where it says “Council Candidates.”
You may access any of these blogs anytime to see the latest posting by each candidate and you may submit a comment to any or all of them at any time.
Each candidate may respond to your comments or questions, and each candidate is free to submit anything they like to be published as often as they like in their blog.
The only ground rules are that nothing profane will be published and authors making potentially damaging comments must provide their full name to be published and must provide contact information to ArcadiasBest.com (not to be published) so that we can verify the authenticity of the comment. We will also limit the postings on each blog to text and head shots of each candidate — no campaign photographs or graphics materials.
