The Arcadia Chapter of the American Red Cross is offering CPR/AED training classes the first week of June at 55% off as part of national CPR/AED Awareness week (AED is the automated external defibrillator).
The classes for certification are normally $45 but will be reduced to $20 per participant, only during the first week of June (Tuesday – Saturday, June 1 – 5). Pre-registration is required at www.arcadia-redcross.org. Questions: 626-447-2193.
For those who have been certified with a class in the past, the certification is only good for one year, so this would be a good time for a renewal of your certification.
The schedule for classes at the Red Cross headquarters, 376 W. Huntington Dr.:
Tuesday, June 1: 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Wednesday, June 2: 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Thursday, June 3: 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Friday, June 4: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Saturday, June 5: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
