Fall Preview Day at Arcadia High School

On Saturday November 15, 2008, Arcadia High School will invite all 8th graders in the city, as well as any interested community members, to attend the Fall Preview Day, which will allow the community to catch a sneak peak of some of the programs that Arcadia High School has to offer.
The afternoon will begin in the North Gym. Many of the parent booster clubs and other organizations will have tables and displays set up in the gym. Tours will start at the gym and will include a welcome and comments by AHS principal David Vannasdall, followed by in-depth campus tours. The tours will be lead by current Arcadia High School students, including Senior Men and Women, athletes, and musicians.
The tour will feature many programs and facilities including Drama, Band, Journalism, Digital Photography, Dance, TV Production, Robotics, Electronics Portfolios, Archeology, Library, Career Center, Athletic Stadium and the Weight Room.
As the campus is preparing for major construction, renderings of the new buildings will be available too.
This event is hosted by PTSA Orientation Committee and the Arcadia High School.
