This year's Westfield Works Wonders event to help local non-profit groups raise money for their organizations will take place on Saturday/Sunday, Nov. 15/16 at Westfield Santa Anita.
Instead of red wristbands this year, Westfield is providing passport booklets featuring all the special offers and discounts by all the participating stores at the mall, to be given to people paying $5 to the groups selling the passports booklets, including last year's winner, the Arcadia Educational Foundation, among many others.
A fashion show will be held on Saturday, Nov. 15, as part of the festivities celebrating the winners of the contest -- the winner receives $1,000 from Westfield in addition to 100% of the $5 passport booklet fees it collects.
