Arcadia High School students raised a total of $1200.00 for the China Earthquake Relief fund. Over fifty teachers participated and the largest single donation came from Mr. Fujiwara for $90, making his class total $180. Ms. Rolfe's class raised $115.00.

The Arcadia High School Orchestra has been invited to perform at the 2009 California Music Educators Association State Conference on March 13, 2009 in Ontario, CA. We will be performing a concert and doing a conference session with Composer and Arcadia resident Richard Meyer. During our performance we have been asked to talk about the Arcadia Music Program. The Rancho Bernardo High School Orchestra will
also be performing that day.

Three former Chanteurs: Jen Brown '98 is now appearing in a Mcdonald's ad campaign for their new chicken bisquit breakfast...also appearing in the commercial is Richard Namkung '01.

Stephen Sullivan '96 can be seen in the latest commercial for Timberland clothing and shoes which will be airing soon.
